We may collect information that you voluntarily provide through contact messages, prayer requests, testimonies, event registrations, membership applications, theology school applications, volunteer applications, and giving confirmations.

Depending on the form, this may include your name, phone number, email address, branch, event details, prayer request, testimony, ministry interests, and other information you choose to provide.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used for legitimate ministry administration, including responding to enquiries, providing pastoral follow-up, managing registrations and applications, coordinating volunteers, moderating public testimonies or prayer requests, and recording giving confirmations.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

3. Public Information

A testimony or prayer request will only appear publicly when the website’s publication or approval settings allow it. Please do not submit confidential information that you do not want ministry administrators to receive.

4. Giving Information

The giving page displays bank transfer and FNB eWallet instructions. This website does not collect card numbers, online-banking passwords, PINs, or eWallet security codes. Never send those security details through a website form, email, or WhatsApp message.

If you send a giving confirmation, the ministry may receive the name, amount, reference, date, method, and proof of payment that you choose to provide.

5. Storage and Service Providers

Website forms and administrative records may be stored using Supabase. The website is published through GitHub Pages and may include content supplied by services such as YouTube. These providers may process technical information according to their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

Essential browser storage may be used for secure administrator sign-in, session handling, and basic website functions. Embedded third-party content, including YouTube videos, may also set cookies or collect technical data when it loads.

7. Information Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to restrict administrative access and protect submitted information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for ministry administration, safeguarding, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.

8. Children’s Information

A parent or legal guardian should provide or approve personal information submitted for a child. Please contact the ministry if children’s information was submitted without appropriate permission.

9. Your Requests

You may ask us to review, correct, or remove personal information that you submitted, subject to any recordkeeping or legal requirements. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
